The camera arrived without packaging, loose in a large box, looked like it was 2nd hand. It did not work on the day it was needed, all pictures turned out blank. Waste of money
Bought as a gift and I'm very happy with the appearance and quality of it
This was ordered as a present, box broken, split and squashed, product looked 2nd hand. Sent 3 complaints to 3 different email addresses straight away. NO REPLY FROM ANYONE. Thankfully the camera does seem to work but product looks terrible as a gift!
